Technical access information, such as IP address, time of access, requested page and browser information, may be processed to deliver the website and protect it from misuse. Contact and product inquiries

The forms collect company, contact person, email, optional phone number, destination country, message and, where applicable, products and quantities. Supplier inquiries can also include a website, product category and product information. Your submission is validated by the website server and forwarded to Formspree, Inc. for delivery and processing. A successful response is displayed only after Formspree confirms acceptance. Information is used to respond to your inquiry and, where requested, discuss a possible transaction. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual inquiries, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for communication with business contact persons. Information is retained only as long as required for the inquiry and applicable legal retention obligations.

Local storage and abuse prevention

The inquiry list and the display state of the introductory animation use session storage in your browser. The list contains product identifiers, quantities and units; contact details are not stored there. No tracking cookies are used. The server applies input validation, a hidden spam field and a bounded request limit within each server instance. Short-lived hashes used for abuse prevention are not forwarded to Formspree. Provider-side spam protection and plan limits also apply.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information and object to processing. Contact the controller using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
